INGREDIENTS
4 Russet Potatoes
1 1/2 lbs pulled pork
1 cup of BBQ sauce
1/2 cup of chopped pickles
1/4 cup of chopped jalapeños
2 cups of coleslaw
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
STEPS

Get your Burch Barrel or your grill to medium to high heat.

Place your foil wrapped potatoes on the coals, turning frequently so they don’t burn. Cook until fork tender, about 35-40 minutes

In a skillet, on medium heat, add your pulled pork and 1/2 c bbq sauce, heat until the sauce is slightly bubbling and pork is heated through

Remove the potatoes from the foil, cut in have lengthwise

Line the inside with cheddar cheese, pulled pork, slaw, pickles, jalapeños, and more bbq sauce
