THE JOHNNY KNIFE
The Denn is the second release in our Johnny Knife series and is named for the craftsman who designed the hybrid Chef/Sheepshead silhouette that is the signature of our Johnny Knife series.
The blade is hand-shaped from D2 Steel and accented with a textured motif inspired by the patterned skin of a Rainbow Trout, a nod to our roots on the banks of the Gallatin River.Cryogenically heat-treated and hand beveled to the finest edge, the Denn boasts a high carbon, high chromium D2 Steel blade that provides unparalleled toughness and fantastic edge retention.
Assembled with copper screws and a first-rate epoxy, the handle has been sealed at every connection point. Handles made from reclaimed mesquite are stabilized for five weeks in a vacuum chamber- ensuring the handles do not shrink or expand when exposed to heat or moisture. The knife is backed by our Lifetime Rough & Tumble Warranty, guaranteeing each knife against defects in materials and craftsmanship, ensuring a lifetime of use and appreciation.

The Morgan is the first style in our Johnny Knife series. Named for the craftsman who forged it, it is our answer to the perfect blend of handcrafted design and unapologetic utility.
At 11 oz, the Johnny Knife provides a heavy, reliable, and razor-sharp edge that cuts cleanly and effortlessly. Constructed with a 440C Stainless Steel blade for unparalleled corrosion resistance and a G-10 handle for strength, durability and low moisture absorption.
Each Johnny Knife is hand shaped and beveled in a unique shape that is a hybrid combination of traditional chef and sheepshead silhouettes.
The knife is backed by our Lifetime Rough & Tumble Warranty, guaranteeing each knife against defects in materials and craftsmanship, ensuring a lifetime of use and appreciation.
Whether you choose The Denn or The Morgan knife style, the knife will come come sheathed in a leather case that is crafted from premium saddle-grade leather and entirely hand stitched.
We will personalize the sheath with complimentary embossing up to 3 letters.
THE CATTLEMAN'S BOARD
The Cattleman's Board is built to handle more than the average charcuterie board. Sourced from American Black Walnut, the Cattleman's Board is an extra-large live-edge slab of that's the perfect piece for carving, slicing and serving large cuts of meat.
Side grooves provide a secure grip on the board when transporting from grill to table. Each board is sustainably sourced from high-grade lumber in Williamsport, PA and pretreated with premium food-grade mineral oil. Our Cattleman's Boards are entirely handcrafted from American Black Walnut, which is hard enough to hold up over time but won't dull and damage your knives with prolonged use.Please keep in mind each Cattleman's Board is individually handcrafted and thus each board will vary slightly in color, grain and variation. Each board is truly unique and one of a kind.
