Grilled Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
- Boneless//skinless chicken thighs
- Crove Poultry Rub
- Green bell pepper
- Red onion
- Franks Redhot
- Pepperjack cheese
- Loaf of bread or bagette
You're going to start with boneless//skinless chicken thighs.
Add on a healthy amount of Crove poultry rub prior to putting on grill.
Cut a green pepper and a red onion in order to sautee.
After veggies are prepped, add 4-6 tablespoons of butter, hot sauce of your choice, (we suggest Franks Redhot because that sh*t goes well on everything), 2 tablespoons worcestershire, and a healthy pinch of Crove Beef rub
For the final stage of prep, cut your loaf of bread in half.
Next fire up your Burch Barrel!
Grill thighs until they have a nice char, brushing before and after flipping with your buffalo sauce.
Add on peppers and onions and sautee while the chicken if finishing.
Toast your bun and finally add pepper jack cheese onto thighs while hot.
Add a little blue cheese or mayo to your toasted bun, line up thighs, and place the sauteed veggies on top and BOOM!
You're ready to enjoy a grilled buffalo chicken sandwich.
